About MOP

MOP UK is the name of this online directory, run by a sole trader. MOP is an online directory that helps customers in the UK find independent cleaners and contact them directly. Questions about these terms: mop@foundable.app or the contact form.

What MOP does and does not do

MOP does not employ cleaners, handle cleaning bookings or take payments for cleaning. Customers and cleaners make their own arrangements, including price, timing and access. MOP does not vet cleaners or check their identity, references or insurance.

Customers

Searching is free. You need an account to message a cleaner. Please use messages honestly and respectfully. You can block or report a user from a conversation.

Cleaners

Cleaners create a profile with accurate information. The listing subscription costs £5 per month for directory visibility, not guaranteed work, and renews monthly until cancelled. A listing is shown publicly only while it is eligible: it is within its paid period, the profile has not been suspended, and the cleaner has not paused it using Pause my listing.

The £5 monthly cleaner listing fee is non-refundable. This does not affect any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Cleaners can use Manage or cancel subscription to cancel future renewals. After cancelling a subscription, the listing remains eligible until the end of the period already paid for, unless it is paused or subject to the other listing rules. To stop future subscription payments, use Manage or cancel subscription.

Pause my listing hides your profile from public search, public viewing and new public contact until you choose Resume my listing. Resuming shows your profile again only if it is otherwise eligible, paid and not suspended. Pausing does not pause or change your subscription or billing: the £5 monthly subscription continues while paused.

Acceptable use and removal

MOP may suspend or remove profiles or accounts that break these terms or are reported for misuse. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which removes your account, profile and messages.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law. MOP is not a party to arrangements between customers and cleaners.
